New simulator for test tasks for the competition for the vacant position of civil servant for any category ("A", "B", "C"), approved by the order of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service Affairs (as amended by the order of the NAPS from 24.02.2021 № 30-21) "List of test questions for knowledge of the law with answer options".

Structural blocks for testing for civil service:

I. Questions to test knowledge of the Constitution of Ukraine.

II. Questions to test knowledge of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

III. Questions to test knowledge of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption".

IV. Questions for testing knowledge of special legislation:

- Law of Ukraine "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

- Law of Ukraine "On Central Executive Bodies";

- Law of Ukraine "On Administrative Services";

- Law of Ukraine "On Local State Administrations";

- Law of Ukraine "On Citizens' Appeals";

- Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information";

- Law of Ukraine "On Principles of Preventing and Combating Discrimination in Ukraine";

- Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men";

- Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities;

- Budget Code of Ukraine;

- Tax Code of Ukraine.

You can take the tests in full, in parts of 40 questions, in parts of 40 random questions and in the form of working on errors on issues in which an error was made. Answer options are shuffled with each test to ensure high efficiency of memorizing answers. The application is completely free and has no restrictions on learning and testing.

The test tasks are compiled on the basis of the listed normative legal acts and are used for the official qualification test of knowledge of candidates for positions of civil servants of Ukraine in 2021. Test questions contain the necessary amount of information that a civil servant must know and are mandatory for testing in the form of testing for all civil servants (civil servants of Ukraine).

The State Test is designed to provide an opportunity to quickly and easily prepare stakeholders for competitions for public authorities and local governments.
